Shipping policy
1. When will my order arrive?
After payment is received, your order typically takes 5–8 business days to be delivered (depending on your location). Please note that these are estimated timeframes and do not represent a guaranteed delivery date.
Please allow extra time around peak seasons: During high-demand periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, and Easter, delivery times may extend to 8–14 business days. We strongly recommend ordering early during these periods. All delivery times stated are estimates only.
We submit your order to production within 24 hours of purchase to ensure the fastest possible turnaround.
2. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order is ready to ship, we'll create your shipping label and send your individual tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
3. What shipping options are available?
We currently offer standard express shipping on all orders.
4. Can you ship directly to the gift recipient without including an invoice?
Absolutely. We send invoices and receipts exclusively by email to the address provided at checkout — nothing is included inside the package. Your recipient will never see the price.
5. How is my order packaged?
All orders are packed securely in appropriate shipping boxes to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
6. What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. This is especially important when paying via Google Pay or Apple Pay, as these services may autofill an outdated or incorrect address. If shipping to a business address, please include the recipient's full name and any relevant suite or unit information so the carrier knows where to deliver.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by you, you are responsible for the resulting additional costs. In this case, we will invoice a flat re-shipping fee of $6.99 before dispatching your order again. We reserve the right to withhold re-shipment until this fee is paid. If payment is not made within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Because personalized items cannot be resold, we also reserve the right to claim compensation for production and shipping costs incurred.
7. What happens if my package is not picked up in time?
If your carrier is unable to deliver your package and it is held at a local post office or carrier facility, please collect it within the timeframe shown on the carrier notification. Holding periods typically range from 6–8 business days depending on the carrier — after this, uncollected packages are returned to sender.
If your package is returned to us because it was not collected in time, you are considered to be in default of acceptance. Please note that not collecting your package does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract — a withdrawal must be actively declared in writing to us.
In this case, we reserve the right to invoice a flat re-shipping fee of $6.99 before dispatching your order again. We also reserve the right to withhold the item until the additional costs are paid. Because personalized items cannot be resold or reused, we additionally reserve the right to claim compensation for production and shipping costs incurred in the event of cancellation.
